BytePlus serves global enterprise customers with technology solutions, including AI image and video solutions.
The regional partnership role focuses on partner-led adoption, business development, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage channel partner, reseller, and strategic alliance networks to accelerate adoption of AI image and video solutions.
- Identify, recruit, and enable agencies, system integrators, media firms, and cloud providers to sell BytePlus solutions.
- Lead partner co-selling initiatives into enterprise and public-sector accounts, opening new business relationships and driving partner-led revenue.
- Position ByteDance AI models as a scalable, cost-effective alternative to traditional video production.
- Own pipeline creation and revenue growth through established and new routes to market.
Minimum qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B technology sales, partnership development, or channel management.
- Demonstrated ability to build new routes to market from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of AI, digital media, or cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and work within complex, ecosystem-driven sales models.
- Experience with Generative AI is considered a significant asset.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience selling through partner networks into enterprise, government, startup, or AI-native business environments.
- Deep familiarity with the broader AI, media, advertising, or MarTech ecosystems.
