Role overview

Grow BytePlus business across MENA by selling its innovation technology solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solutions and expand BytePlus across MENA.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies to expand the customer base and drive new-logo adoption across MENA countries.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert growth-stage customers across GenAI workflows, agentic AI applications, and API-based creative tools.
  • Build predictable pipelines through outbound prospecting, developer relationships, app ecosystem communities, and aggregator partnerships.
  • Convert aggregator-driven marketplace accounts into direct enterprise accounts.

Minimum qualifications

  • Completed bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven record of closing mid-market deals and managing full sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI workflows, including image and video generation, creative automation, and LLM-based applications.
  • Experience in creative SaaS, e-commerce tools, or developer/API ecosystems.
  • Prior exposure to Israel or US SaaS ecosystems.
  • Understanding of e-commerce content generation, advertising, or creative automation workflows.

Preferred qualifications

  • Computer science or equivalent engineering background preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • Video cloud or AI/ML industry experience and consultative or solution sales experience are a plus.
  • Consulting experience or background is beneficial.
