Role overview

BytePlus is seeking a GenAI Solution Architect to support opportunities in the Turkish market.

The role partners with regional Sales and translates customer creative and business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and shape video, image, and multimodal GenAI opportunities with Sales.
  • Design and deliver text, image, and video generation solutions, VLM workflows, and prompt engineering or chaining.
  • Architect production GenAI pipelines using diffusion models, VLMs, LoRA or adapters, ComfyUI, and custom orchestrators.
  • Build agentic workflows that coordinate generation and analysis, multi-stage tasks, retries, and human approvals.
  • Advise on model selection, cost and latency optimization, IP protection, content safety, and watermarking.
  • Own AIGC proofs of concept, measure outcomes, translate customer feedback into platform requirements, influence roadmaps, and support post-sales adoption.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 5+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or similar customer-facing technical work.
  • Hands-on delivery of image, video, or multimodal GenAI systems in real-world or production environments.
  • Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers across the Middle East and Africa and United States regions.
  • Business proficiency in Turkish is required for managing stakeholders and communicating with Turkish-market clients and partners.
  • Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and strong technical and business judgment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Computer Science or Engineering degree with deep expertise in diffusion models, VLMs, and prompt engineering or chaining.
  • Experience building agentic GenAI workflows with orchestration platforms such as n8n, including tool calling, function execution, and stateful workflows.
  • Experience in multi-stage creative workflows, GPU inference optimization, and quality, latency, and cost trade-offs.
  • Customer experience in media, entertainment, advertising, gaming, ecommerce, or social platforms.
  • Background in AIGC, VLM-driven, or AI infrastructure solution architecture; understanding of public-cloud GPU compute, CDN, and media-pipeline security.
