Role and team

Responsibilities

• Build backend services and the agent runtime, maintaining code quality, readability, and maintainability.
• Improve system performance and stability through profiling and tuning.
• Integrate internal enterprise systems into agents through tools, MCP, CLI, and A2A.
• Participate in code reviews and follow team coding standards and architectural conventions.
• Write AI-friendly technical documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.
• Explore AI capabilities in backend services and contribute to AI feature development, evaluation, and validation.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer systems, with good coding habits.
• Proficiency in one or more of Golang, Java, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent patterns, including reasoning, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with interest in agent engineering.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience as a core contributor building an AI product, agent, or application for real users, with ability to explain product positioning, technology choices, user scale, and iteration.
• Experience with mainstream agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Claude Agent SDK, and with prompt engineering, harness engineering, context management, and evaluation.
