Commissioning engineer position based in Abu Dhabi; the listing states 14–20 years of required experience.

Key roles and responsibilities
- Manage project planning, execution, resource allocation, troubleshooting, and customer interaction.
- Prepare cold commissioning startup, hot commissioning, and closeout plans; coordinate commissioning with OEMs and subcontractors.
- Prepare testing method statements and SAT reports in accordance with IEC and IEEE standards.
- Resolve technical issues during testing and commissioning; attend customer and end-user meetings on scope and clarifications.
- Coordinate with other departments and subordinate staff to keep testing activities progressing.
- Resolve client inquiries with manufacturer support and prepare project-specific manpower plans.
- Coordinate client inspections and conduct site commissioning and safety inspections.
Education and experience
- Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 15 years of experience.
