Responsibilities & Tasks
- Control and maintain the integrity of the general accounts in compliance with the FCA and standard accounting practices.
- Check the activities of the Cashier when needed for checks and balances.
- Check treasury activities including accounting for money transfers, bank charges and remittances, running accounts payable/payroll checks, bank deposits, and wire transfers.
- Conduct audits to ensure internal control procedures are implemented and recommend and follow up on corrective measures.
- Perform monthly bank and affiliate reconciliations and adjust irregularities.
- Maintain a monthly trial balance audit file to confirm all balances are accurate.
- Ensure proper filing and follow up on all subsidy applications and refunds.
- Prepare the monthly fixed asset acquisition report and relay it to the Accounting Manager for approval.
Requirements
- Saudi National only.
- Knowledge of FCA and standard accounting practices.
- Ability to control and maintain the integrity of general accounts.
- Ability to perform monthly bank and affiliate reconciliations and adjust irregularities.
- Ability to conduct audits and follow up on corrective measures.
