EHS Supervisor role requiring ARAMCO approval and an oil and gas experience background.
Candidate requirements

- Oil and gas experience background.
EHS plans and coordination
- Prepare EHS documentation, including EHS plans, emergency response plans, and risk assessments.
- Attend EHS meetings with clients and the project team; report issues to head office and EHS performance to project leadership.
- Prepare subcontractor EHS contract conditions.
Site safety and workforce welfare
- Conduct daily inspections and risk assessments; identify high-risk activities and ensure findings are included in method statements.
- Ensure work permits, PPE, safe equipment, good housekeeping, and adequate worker health and hygiene conditions.
- Deliver EHS induction and training, support weekly toolbox talks, and promote safe practices.
- Investigate incidents, share findings, and provide first aid or seek medical assistance when needed.
- Stop work when unsafe practices are observed.
Management systems, audits, and emergency readiness
- Maintain EHS documentation and improve procedures and internal audits in line with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001.
- Coordinate external EHS audits, third-party equipment inspections, emergency preparedness plans and drills, and occupational health and welfare measures.
- Conduct monthly project risk-management audits and quarterly system audits.
