An ARAMCO-approved EHS Supervisor with an oil and gas background is sought for construction project EHS oversight.
Required background
- The posting requires ARAMCO approval and an oil and gas experience background.
Site safety and risk
- Prepare EHS plans, emergency response plans, risk assessments, and related documentation.
- Conduct daily inspections, identify hazards, assess critical activities, and report high-risk conditions.
- Facilitate work permits and stop work when unsafe practices are observed.
Training and worker welfare
- Provide induction and EHS training, and ensure weekly toolbox talks are delivered.
- Check PPE, equipment condition, hygiene, housekeeping, welfare facilities, and safe site conditions.
Systems, audits, and incidents
- Coordinate the integrated management system in line with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Coordinate external audits, third-party inspections, monthly risk audits, and quarterly system audits.
- Prepare emergency plans and conduct drills; investigate incidents, communicate findings, and maintain records.
- Report EHS performance and issues to project and company leadership.
