The role is an ARAMCO-approved EHS Supervisor position requiring an oil and gas experience background.
Responsibilities
- Prepare EHS plans, emergency response plans, risk assessments, and related documentation.
- Attend client and project EHS meetings and report EHS issues to head office.
- Deliver induction and EHS training to workers and engineers; ensure weekly toolbox talks are delivered.
- Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, assess risks, and inform relevant project teams of high-risk areas.
- Ensure safe work permits are in place and facilitate the work permit system.
- Monitor PPE use, equipment condition, housekeeping, and worker health, hygiene, and welfare conditions.
- Conduct job EHS analyses and ensure risk assessment findings are reflected in method statements.
- Investigate incidents, communicate findings, and provide or arrange first aid and medical assistance as needed.
- Maintain EHS records and improve integrated management systems, procedures, and manuals.
- Coordinate external audits and third-party equipment inspections; perform monthly project risk and quarterly system audits.
- Prepare emergency preparedness plans, conduct emergency drills, and coordinate occupational health and welfare.
- Prepare EHS requirements for subcontractor contracts and stop work when unsafe practices are observed.
Requirements
- ARAMCO-approved EHS Supervisor with an oil and gas experience background.
- The work references an integrated management system conforming to ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001 standards.
- The role requires risk assessment, EHS planning, audit coordination, work permit system, emergency preparedness, and site training capabilities.
