Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a document control system according to company policies and project requirements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain logs of drawings, technical submittals, correspondence, and project documents.
- File, archive, and retrieve documentation to support project execution.
- Track revisions, transmittals, and approvals to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate document flow with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and security of company and project documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least four years of UAE experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or contracting sector is required.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems such as Aconex, EDMS, or an equivalent system is required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required.
- The candidate must manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English is required.
