The Manager, Digital Experience Intelligence & Research leads research and analytics capabilities that guide customer-centric decisions across Riyadh Air’s digital ecosystem.
The role turns customer behaviour, market trends, and digital performance data into insights for product strategy, experience design, and business outcomes.
Role responsibilities
- Work with Product, Experience Design, Technology, Data, and Commercial teams to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Validate concepts through research and experimentation and provide strategic recommendations.
- Improve customer journeys across web, mobile, and emerging digital channels.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research, behavioural insights, customer feedback, and industry best practices to support evidence-based decisions.
- Shape future digital experiences, support innovation initiatives, and contribute to customer experience excellence.
About you
- Degree qualified, with at least 7 years in Customer Insights, UX Research, Digital Analytics, Behavioural Science, Market Research, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-focused business outcomes.
- Strong experience in research methodologies, customer journey analysis, experimentation, stakeholder management, and translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience in AI-enabled research, digital experience optimisation, customer intelligence platforms, and agile product environments is an advantage.
- Strategic thinking, communication skills, an innovative mindset, and ability to influence stakeholders while driving continuous improvement.
