About You
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of comprehensive aircraft maintenance experience with extensive line maintenance management expertise.
- Required documents: Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Required documents: B787 GENX type rating certificate.
- Required documents: GACA Aviation License.
- Required documents: Comprehensive maintenance management experience records.
- Required documents: AMOS software proficiency certification (if available).
- Required documents: Boeing and/or Airbus fleet experience documentation.
- Must hold appropriate security clearance and be available for rotating shift patterns for 24/7 operations.

- Lead and direct line maintenance shift operations for the Boeing 787 fleet.
- Make critical technical operational decisions for aircraft recovery.
- Ensure seamless daily operation support and maintain safety standards.
- Oversee defect management and MEL application approvals.
- Establish and control airworthiness standards across the entire fleet.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with AOG desk operations and MCC systems.
- Ensure compliance with GACA Regulations and maintain the highest safety standards.
