About the Role
The role supports the management, evaluation, administration, and compliance of engineering and maintenance contracts across a fast-paced aviation environment.

This is a high-impact role where technical judgement and commercial insight help build smarter contracts and stronger maintenance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and administer technical service contracts across maintenance, component support, repair, and engineering services.
- Support contract preparation, negotiation, renewals, amendments, and change requests.
- Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Maintenance, and Legal teams to ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
- Act as a key technical interface with MRO providers, OEMs, suppliers, and service partners.
- Review maintenance scopes, engineering work packages, technical proposals, and supporting documentation.
- Generate reports, provide recommendations, and contribute insights for investment business cases and management decision-making.
- Support audit readiness, validate invoices against contract terms, monitor budgets, and identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
About You
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience.
- At least 5 years in a technical contracts engineering role within the aviation or airline industry.
- Background in technical contract management, engineering documentation review, cost analysis, vendor evaluation, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, maintenance procedures, contract management systems, and ERP systems such as AMOS.
