Design, build, and govern the AI and data capability across people, processes, and technology.
Help Riyadh Air become a truly data-driven and AI-enabled enterprise.
Work closely with executive and senior stakeholders across Digital, Technology, and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise AI and data strategy and roadmap.
- Transform data into a strategic asset supporting growth and cost optimisation.
- Act as the organisation's AI evangelist, driving education, adoption, and value realisation.
- Shape and evolve the AI and Data operating model, balancing insourcing, outsourcing, and delivery capability.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, manage risk, remove delivery obstacles, and foster continuous improvement.
- Set enterprise standards for AI and data methods, tools, and practices.
- Lead the development and enforcement of AI and data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
About You
- Degree qualified.
- Minimum of 12+ years' experience in data, AI, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to wear multiple hats.
- Track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Success in leading large-scale data capability transformations is advantageous.
