Join the Data, Analytics & AI team, which provides data, analytics, and business intelligence to support data-driven decisions and improve efficiency and returns.

Key responsibilities
- Work with business executives and departments to deliver advanced data science solutions for implementation.
- Design, test, and launch complex analytical models using traditional and contemporary data-mining methods on structured and unstructured data.
- Develop big-data capabilities and coordinate cross-functional analytics initiatives.
- Develop data-mining and collection procedures; ensure data quality and integrity; interpret and analyze data problems.
- Conceive, plan, and prioritize data projects; build analytical systems, predictive models, and AI capabilities.
- Test data-driven product performance, visualize data, create reports, and present to stakeholders including senior management.
- Experiment with new models and techniques.
Qualifications and experience
- Requires a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Requires 7+ years of experience in data science roles.
- Banking or fintech experience is preferred.
- Certifications in Python, R, SQL, AI, or machine learning are nice to have.
