The Data, Analytics & AI Team provides data, analytics, and business intelligence to support data-driven decisions, improve efficiency, and optimize returns.
The expert will help advance the bank's data science capabilities and apply analytics and AI to banking use cases.
Responsibilities
- Work with business executives and departments to provide advanced data science solutions for implementation.
- Design, test, and launch complex analytical models using data-mining techniques on structured and unstructured data.
- Develop big data capabilities and coordinate cross-functional analytics initiatives.
- Develop data mining and collection procedures; ensure data quality and integrity; and interpret data problems.
- Plan and prioritize data projects and build analytic systems, predictive models, and AI capabilities.
- Test data-driven products, visualize data, create reports, and present to stakeholders including senior management.
- Experiment with new models and techniques.
- Potential use cases include intelligent character recognition, computer vision, behavioral analysis, early-warning analysis, generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and hyper-personalization.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- At least 7 years of experience in data science roles.
- Banking or fintech experience is preferred.
- Certifications in Python, R, SQL, AI, or machine learning are nice to have.
