Join the Finance team of a leading healthcare group operating a multi-hospital network.
Transform complex financial and operational data into insights that support decisions across hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance and Executive Management.
- Analyze financial performance, revenue, expenses, profitability, budgeting, and forecasting data.
- Consolidate and validate data from ERP, Finance, HR, and Hospital Information Systems.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Perform variance analysis on budgets, forecasts, and actual performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal governance standards.
- Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle, Procurement, and senior leadership to identify reporting requirements.
- Support financial planning, business case analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with Power BI, financial reporting, dashboard development, and healthcare or corporate finance analytics.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, or hospital performance analytics experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and advanced analytics tools is advantageous.
