Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, monitor collection performance, manage outstanding balances, and ensure accurate reporting.
Provide operational support to the AR Director while improving collection efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and supporting succession planning and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily AR operations, invoicing, and customer account reconciliations.
- Monitor overdue balances, aging reports, and collection targets.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve payment disputes and collection issues.
- Prepare AR reports and recommend improvements to collection performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
- Support the AR Director in operational management, knowledge transfer, and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or collections, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of AR processes, collection management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
