Cyber Security/Network Security Solution Architect

Role Overview

Candidate Profile

• Experience with design, architecture, high-level design, implementation, and end-to-end project delivery is required.
• Exposure to multiple OEMs, greenfield and brownfield projects, team leadership, UAT, and RFP/RFI handling is expected.
• CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent Palo Alto/Fortinet certifications are preferred.
• Scrum or PMP certifications are good to have.

Key Technologies

• Core technologies include Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, AWS, and Azure.
• Ansible, Terraform, and Python are good-to-have skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements including RFP/RFI responses, security solution architecture, effort estimation, commercial shaping, and stakeholder presentations.
• Own end-to-end security solution design across network security, IAM, SOC/SIEM, cloud security, and zero trust.
• Architect greenfield security stacks aligned to NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Define autonomous security operations roadmaps using SOAR-driven response, threat-intelligence automation, and compliance monitoring.
• Lead brownfield modernization and legacy-to-target migrations across multi-vendor networks.
• Own risk assessments, vulnerability management strategy, remediation roadmaps, and transformation delivery governance.
• Coordinate security operations teams and establish KPIs, SLAs, executive dashboards, and steering committee reporting.
• Mentor solution and delivery leads and build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and playbooks.

Technical Skills and Tools

• Network security: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point, Zscaler, and SASE.
• IAM: Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, and Ping Identity.
• SIEM and SOC: Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, CrowdStrike, and Elastic Security.
• Cloud security: AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, Prisma Cloud, and Wiz.
• Automation: Splunk SOAR, Palo Alto XSOAR, Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
• Frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust Architecture, and CIS Controls.
• Program delivery: Agile/Scrum, SAFe, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and PMP/Prince2 practices.
