Requirements and qualifications
- Previous customer support or travel consultant experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Three years of customer support experience and three years in travel and tourism are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English; Arabic is separately identified as preferred.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and conflict-resolution skills; able to handle complaints calmly and professionally.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or booking platforms.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline; able to manage multiple inquiries under pressure and meet response-time targets.
- Customer-first mindset, responsibility, and accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels; assist with flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel services.
- Provide accurate information about bookings, payments, cancellations, amendments, and travel requirements.
- Resolve complaints and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments on customer issues.
- Follow up on pending requests and provide timely customer updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in the company system.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards; escalate complex or unresolved cases.
- Maintain a professional, positive, customer-oriented approach.

- Work location is in person in Dubai.
