Customer Service Administrator position with GAC in Dubai (DWC).
The role executes logistics administration, coordinates documentation between departments, and provides customer service.
Employment type: full-time.
Shipment and documentation coordination
- Coordinate import and export shipments according to customer needs and priorities.
- Process principal orders through the company system.
- Prepare import and export customs documentation in line with applicable customs regulations.
- Coordinate daily schedules with operations teams and share transport requirements on time.
- Track shipments until they reach their destinations.
Customer service and records
- Escalate complaints and service-related issues promptly.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and help ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate, organized records so required information is available when needed.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- University degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new software.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and excellent telephone etiquette.
Preferred qualifications
- A diploma in logistics or shipping is preferred.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Free Zone-based logistics or shipping company is a major advantage.
