About The Role
We are looking for a skilled
Cost Control Enginee
r to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring project costs, preparing cost reports, analyzing budget performance, and supporting the effective financial management of construction projects
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets and forecast
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost performance analyst
- Track project commitments, expenditures, and budget utilization
- Review subcontractor and supplier invoices and verify cost allocation
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate cost reporting
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective action
- Assist in evaluating variations, claims, and change orders from a cost control perspective
- Support project forecasting and financial performance monitoring
- Maintain cost control records, databases, and reporting system
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements

- Bachelor's Degree

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
