Requirements

Civil Engineering

• hotel construction projects
• (full project lifecycle: structure, finishes, MEP coordination, and handover).
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and project controls.

• Preparation and management of
• baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans
• .
• Development of
• resource-loaded schedules, S-curves, manpower histograms, and cash flow reports
• .
• Strong experience in
• critical path method (CPM) analysis
• and delay impact assessment.
• Ability to support
• Extension of Time (EOT) claims and forensic delay analysis
• .
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Strong coordination with
• project managers, site teams, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and consultants
• .
• Deep understanding of
• construction sequencing in hotel projects
• , including structural works, MEP integration, façade, and high-quality finishing standards.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved baseline program.
• Identify delays, risks, and critical activities, and propose mitigation measures.
• Coordinate closely with site teams to ensure timely execution of works.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, KPI dashboards, and look-ahead programs.
• Support project management in planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Assist in contractual planning matters including delay analysis and EOT submissions.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved as per contract requirements.
