Corporate Security Access Coordinator
Role Overview
Coordinates corporate security key programs, parking, hanger tags, access cards, property permits, and identification pass programs.
Reports to the Corporate Security Manager.
Employment is regular and on-site; schedule is 35 hours weekly, daytime, with Saturday and Sunday off.

Key and access programs
- Verify authorization for high-security key requests and maintain program documentation and databases.
- Conduct annual and ad hoc key and access audits, investigate discrepancies and policy violations, and update records.
- Manage key requisitions, inventory, secure storage, lifecycle controls, and documented disposal.
- Coordinate re-keying, key IDs, emergency key rings, and implementation of key or access systems; update Maximo or related applications.
- Administer physical keys and electronic access platforms, including C-CURE and Genetec.
- Issue, track, and maintain access card records for employees and non-employees.
Passes, parking, and procedures
- Coordinate employee, pensioner, contractor, Councillor, ACAT, CNIB, and other specialized identification pass programs.
- Process Parking Hanger Tag requisitions, transfers, and returns.
- Assist with developing or revising program policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Skills
- Use office technology, software, and applications.
- Maintain documentation and historical records.
- Plan and organize activities or projects.
