Human Resources Administration
- Create and maintain filing systems, office correspondence, mail routing, HR supplies, forms, and personnel files.
- Assist candidates with application procedures and maintain an accessible application area.
- Respond to employee and management questions about HR programs, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and protect personnel and hotel information.
Communication and Workplace Support
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and communicate clearly and courteously.
- Inform HR management about employee-relations issues.
- Welcome guests according to brand standards and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues.
- Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to the responsible manager.
Standards and Systems
- Follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, uniform requirements, appearance standards, and confidentiality expectations.
- Prepare and proofread documents accurately and completely.
- Enter and retrieve work information using computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Move, lift, carry, pull, and place loads weighing up to 4.5 kilograms independently.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
