Role overview
Oversee commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of fit-out and renovation projects.
Protect the company’s commercial interests, manage contracts and project costs, maximize profitability, and ensure timely, accurate commercial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contracts and commercial activities from tender through project completion.
- Review and administer main contracts, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders.
- Manage project costs, budgets, cash flow, and profitability.
- Prepare and manage variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations and agreements.
- Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly commercial reports for management.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Estimation, and Finance teams.
- Ensure contractual documentation is complete and compliant with project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out, interior contracting, renovation, or construction contract and commercial management is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, valuations, cost control, and final accounts.
- Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial management skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Pay
- Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 10,001 per month.

- Work location is in person.
