Responsibilities
- Maintain the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform and perform routine health checks.
- Manage and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow applications.
- Support releases with configuration tasks and new features; follow administration best practices and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot platform issues and automate tasks when needed.
- Manage DEV, UAT, and PRE-PROD environments, including configuration, maintenance, data, deployment, access, permissions, automation, and interfaces with other applications.
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and experience with configuration and maintenance.
- Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, and Release Management processes.
- Experience managing DEV, UAT, and PRE-PROD environments.
- Knowledge of user access, roles, permissions, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Basic scripting and automation capabilities using ServiceNow tools and technologies.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
Preferred qualifications
- Troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills are preferred.
- Communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, organization, attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities are preferred.
