Experience and education
- 15–20+ years of experience, including 8–10+ years on UAE/GCC infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, earthworks, and site development.
- Strong experience in wet and dry infrastructure works.
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority approvals, specifications, and standards.
- UAE experience with RTA, DEWA, DM, or DDA/municipal authorities is preferred.
- PMP or professional certification is preferred.
