Responsibilities
- Deliver civil works including control and GIS buildings, transformer and reactor foundations, equipment plinths, cable trenches, duct banks, oil-containment bunds, roads, drainage, earthing facilities, gantry foundations, and utility corridors.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
- Lead multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors, coordinating QA/QC, HSE, planning, procurement, and electrical construction interfaces.
- Develop construction methodologies; plan resources; monitor schedules and progress; mitigate risks; review drawings; manage quality, subcontractors, and costs; resolve site issues.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and utility authorities; complete inspections; close NCRs and punch points.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and as-built records; deliver safe, timely, cost-effective project completion.

- Leadership, technical expertise, multidisciplinary coordination, interface management, and stakeholder management.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Required experience: 12–20 years.
