Assist guests with concierge services, including entertainment and dining bookings, courier packages, and directions within and outside the hotel.
Answer guest questions and resolve guest problems.
Essential functions
- Make guest bookings and advise on local tourism and business locations, sights, and events.
- Record bookings and activities in the Alice portal; welcome guests and direct them to Reception.
- Know regular guests and their requirements, hotel facilities and services, and management team functions and locations.
- Promote the hotel, deliver guest messages and faxes promptly, and assist with luggage when required.
- Stay aware of daily functions, events, and VIP and group arrivals.
Preferred qualifications
- Two years of work experience in the same field at a luxury hotel brand.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
