Role Overview
The Commissioning Lead will oversee contractor progress and commissioning activities for brownfield WHPs and RTs.

Construction and Commissioning
- Witness contractors' scope of work and progress against project requirements.
- Follow construction activities during pre-shutdown and shutdown periods.
- Oversee brownfield offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning execution activities.
- Ensure commissioning activities are safe and compliant.
Punch Lists and Handover
- Coordinate punch-list creation, categorization, and clearance through weekly contractor meetings.
- Verify EPC contractor completion dossiers through mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover to the permanent asset.
- Monitor subsystem progress using the completion management system and ensure timely handovers.
Preservation and Lessons Learned
- Monitor and verify EPC contractor preservation activities against project requirements.
- Coordinate, capture, and share lessons learned for inclusion in the project lessons learned register.
Documentation Control
- Oversee and control mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning documentation.
- Monitor completion status and documentation through the project completion process.
Experience and Qualifications
- The source lists 8-10 years of experience for the role.
- Experience with brownfield pre-commissioning and commissioning execution is required.
- The role requires capability in contractor oversight, completion dossiers, preservation activities, completion systems, handovers, and commissioning documentation.
- The role requires attention to safety and compliance during commissioning activities.
