Role Overview
Plan daily maintenance activities to achieve right-first-time execution and maximize equipment reliability.
Improve maintenance tool time and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays.
Coordinate labor, materials, services, and other resources using systematic, efficient, and economical planning methods.
Maintenance Planning
- Establish, maintain, and improve maintenance plans within the assigned area.
- Develop equipment preventive maintenance schedules.
- Prepare detailed activity breakdowns and resource estimates for new production work requests.
- Prepare work packs for each work order.
- Coordinate and review work plans, methods, procedures, and spare-parts inventory.
SAP Maintenance Competency
- Use the SAP Maintenance module for order planning, purchase requisitions, service entry sheets, call-off orders, and service orders.
- Create, update, and delete maintenance-related master data.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
Contracts and Coordination
- Participate in maintenance contract scope development, specification preparation, procurement initiation, and technical evaluation.
- Provide support for management approval processes when required.
- Coordinate with contractors to supply manpower and services for daily work-order planning.
Role Requirements
- Develop independent cost and time estimates for planned maintenance work to meet budgets and schedules.
- Plan labor, materials, services, and other resources for maintenance activities.
- Apply SAP Maintenance competency to maintenance planning and related records.
