Construction and commissioning
- Witness contractor scope of work and progress against project requirements.
- Follow construction activities during pre-shutdown and shutdown of brownfield WHPs and RTs.
- Oversee brownfield offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning execution and ensure safe, compliant delivery.
- Oversee and control mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning documentation through RFSU.
Completion and handover
- Coordinate punch-list creation, categorization, and clearance through weekly contractor meetings.
- Verify contractor completion dossiers for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning through handover to the permanent asset.
- Monitor subsystem progress and status using the completion management system and ensure timely handovers.
Preservation and lessons learned
- Monitor and verify contractor preservation activities against project requirements.
- Coordinate, capture, and share commissioning lessons learned for inclusion in the project lessons learned register.
