Project Reporting Lead supporting the Integration Team across multiple projects.
The role coordinates governance work and provides transparent visibility into project performance and progress.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate governance-related work scope across multiple projects.
- Integrate project progress data, tables, graphs, and photographs into executive deliverables.
- Coordinate internal and external interfaces to drive alignment and issue resolution.
- Maintain consistency across projects and compliance with governance processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations covering performance, status, forecasts, trends, deficits, and mitigation actions.
- Produce timely governance reports and escalate potential concerns early.
- Develop and report KPIs and progress metrics through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Handle ad hoc reporting and project analysis requests from management and shareholders.
- Work with LNG project teams to resolve issues and support planning and execution.

- Ability to communicate project performance, blockers, impacts, forecasts, and mitigation actions clearly to different audiences.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive reporting and project analysis requests without compromising accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate internal and external interfaces and influence alignment without formal authority.
