Permanent Operations Superintendent position supporting onshore plants and wells in Dubai.
The role is responsible for safe, reliable, and efficient operations within defined safe operating envelopes.
The position supports plant availability, environmental protection, economic performance, and company values.
Key responsibilities
- Operate plants and wells safely in accordance with safe work procedures.
- Ensure HSE compliance and stop non-compliant activities in Margham operations.
- Protect people and asset integrity, verify permits, and manage eVision access.
- Guide, monitor, and audit plant operations within defined operating envelopes.
- Prepare and approve routine production, process safety, availability, and laboratory reports.
- Provide technical advice on operational and process issues and improvement actions.
- Maintain plant capacity, reliability, availability, product quality, and efficiency.
- Lead reviews and revisions of operating manuals, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Experience and requirements
