We are partnering with a reputable construction contracting company in Dubai undergoing a significant period of growth and expansion.
As part of this development, we are seeking an experienced
Commercial Manager
to lead the commercial and quantity surveying function across major high-rise projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at an exciting stage in its journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial and quantity surveying teams
- Oversee cost control, budgeting, and contract administration
- Manage claims, variations, and commercial risk
- Support tender pricing, procurement, and cost planning
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial standards
- Provide regular commercial reporting to senior leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years’ commercial experience with reputable UAE contractors\\
- Strong contractual and claims management experience
- Strong experience on large
- high-rise building projects
- Degree in
Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- **MRICS**
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Currently based in the UAE
- Candidates without UAE contracting experience will not be considered.
