About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, develop strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across key business areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, supporting strategic accounts, and turning business objectives into measurable commercial results.
This is a hands-on role working closely with leadership, marketing, operations, and delivery teams to build a strong sales strategy and provide an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities
Lead research and sales strategy development for key markets, clients, and business opportunities.
Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and other commercial stakeholders.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and supporting materials that communicate value clearly.
Develop sales timelines, follow-up plans, and coordinate execution with internal teams and external partners.
Manage sales targets, budgets, schedules, and supplier/contractor relationships as needed.
Organize sales-related meetings, client presentations, product discussions, and promotional activities.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate, professional, and ethical presentation of products and services.
Oversee documentation, CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking for each account or opportunity.
Support contract negotiations, business proposals, and growth initiatives by preparing summaries and recommendations.
Monitor client feedback and sales performance; refine strategies to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum BA/MA in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 3–5 years sales or business development experience in a company, agency, startup, or equivalent professional setting.
Demonstrable interest in and familiarity with sales strategy, client development, and revenue growth — deep technical expertise is not required, but proven ability to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.
Strong research, writing, and presentation skills — able to produce clear, engaging commercial and client-facing materials.
Project management experience: budgets, timelines, supplier coordination, and logistics.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building cross-functional collaborations between sales, operations, marketing, and leadership teams.
Experience
presenting to senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
Commitment to professional presentation, ethical engagement, and strong commercial judgment.
Portfolio or track record of sales projects, business growth initiatives, or related work (links or PDF).
Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
