Abu Dhabi Aviation is seeking a highly experienced
Commercial Manager – Tender, Sales & Charter
to join our Commercial Division and play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our aviation business portfolio.
About the Role
This position is responsible for managing all commercial activities related to tenders, charter operations, and sales opportunities across rotary, fixed-wing, MRO, and wider aviation services.
You will support the Commercial Director in shaping and executing commercial strategy, strengthening market position, and ensuring optimal utilization of company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue
- Identify, evaluate, and win tenders and sales opportunities
- Drive charter business performance and competitiveness
- Manage customer relationships and ensure effective CRM usage
- Ensure pricing strategies are competitive and profitable
- Build and manage a strong customer and opportunity pipeline
- Enhance ADA’s commercial presence in aviation markets
- Support strategic commercial projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Aviation, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in aviation commercial operations
- Strong knowledge of aviation operations (rotary, fixed-wing, MRO preferred)
- Proven experience in tenders, sales, and charter business development
- Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
- Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)
- Established aviation industry network is highly desirable
