Cluster Sales Coordinator supporting Sales and Marketing at Ummahat Island 1, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.

Sales and client support
- Perform general office duties for Sales and Marketing, including filing, email, typing, faxing, and copying.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders throughout the sales process.
- Promote brand awareness and assemble information packages using brochures and promotional materials.
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify sales-process information, including commissions, leads, and third parties, in relevant software.
- Answer questions about property facilities and services, rates, rooms, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and events.
- Act as a client point of contact and respond to questions and requests by phone and email.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed as a preferred qualification; no license or certification is listed.
