Core engineering and architecture
- 9–15 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including full-stack team leadership and complex technical delivery.
- Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React, Angular, or Next.js.
- Backend: Node.js, Python with Django/Flask/FastAPI, or Java with Spring Boot.
- Scalable applications using relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL such as MongoDB/Redis.
- REST APIs, microservices, event-driven services, serverless architectures, and cloud-native deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Docker, CI/CD, Git workflows, and tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub; sound architecture decisions and engineering quality standards.
AI and GenAI capabilities
- At least 2 years building and deploying GenAI, LLM, or agentic AI solutions in client, enterprise, or production environments.
- Hands-on use of at least one frontier platform from Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI, with examples including Claude, Gemini, Vertex AI, GPT-4o, and OpenAI APIs or SDKs.
- Knowledge of orchestration, grounding, prompt workflows, model integration, evaluation, security, operationalization, and production pipelines.
Client leadership and preferred skills
- Ability to lead workstreams independently, translate stakeholder requirements into architecture and delivery, and communicate risks and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading engineers, reviewing designs and code, and driving delivery accountability.
- Good to have: cybersecurity domain familiarity, product/platform engineering, DevSecOps, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Neo4j, Kubernetes, GitOps, infrastructure as code, cloud certifications, TensorFlow/PyTorch, or consulting solution-shaping experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing cross-functional delivery, guide architecture and engineering decisions, and deliver scalable production-ready solutions.
- Manage workstreams end-to-end, mentor engineers, review designs and code, and maintain delivery quality and accountability.
- Engage senior business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements, roadmaps, and delivered solutions.
- Support pursuits, prototypes, technical demonstrations, and early solution shaping; incorporate product feedback into reusable capabilities.
