Client Advisor & Sales Support, Qatar

Position

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and prospects and provide service for browsing, purchases, after-sales needs, and complaints.
• Understand client needs, provide customized advice, and introduce clients to the brand.
• Build relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
• Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging using appropriate selling techniques.
• Contribute to store and service KPIs and carry out one-to-one CRM activities.
• Register client data for future contact, personalized CRM actions, and client development.
• Follow sales procedures and guidelines; keep the shop front clean and products displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Receive repair items, interview customers, and enter information in SAP; follow up on estimates, lead times, returns, and invoicing.
• Complete online learning modules and attend assigned training sessions.

Profile

• At least three to four years of sales experience in a luxury environment.
• Written and spoken English proficiency is essential; Arabic is a strong asset.
• Marketing and customer relationship management techniques experience is ideal.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills are expected.
• Knowledge of Bulgari products, selling skills, and store procedures is an advantage.
• The candidate should be committed, organized, conscientious, driven, and a respectful team player.
