Seeking a Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction activities and coordinate project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and government regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, design teams, and internal teams.
- Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, and weekly progress reports; this is mandatory.
- Monitor timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Inspect the site, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality control.
- Assist with material approvals, procurement follow-up, and cost monitoring.
- Provide project updates to the Project Manager and Director.
- Identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays or rework.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority regulations.
- Strong communication and site coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Pay
- AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
