Role overview

Site delivery and coordination

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, surveyors, and project team members.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and approved documents, and ensure work follows them.
• Monitor schedules, site progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Inspect structural and civil work, including setting-out, levels, dimensions, alignment, and other measurements.
• Monitor materials and workmanship; coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities where required.
• Identify technical issues and delays, coordinate corrective action, and implement approved method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, inspection requests, and technical records; attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Assist with quantity measurements, material take-offs, progress reporting, and verification of subcontractor quantities.
• Support the Project Manager or Construction Manager in meeting project objectives, timelines, quality requirements, and cost targets.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with relevant civil construction and site-supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and practices; valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of surveying, setting-out, concrete works, blockwork, waterproofing, excavation, backfilling, and other civil works.
• Familiarity with construction quality control and inspection procedures; good knowledge of MS Office and construction-related software.
• Ability to coordinate with project parties and site personnel; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay

• Pay is AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
