Lead and oversee civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering for utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System projects.
Manage work from initial site assessments and conceptual layouts through structural design and construction oversight.
Ensure civil works are safe, cost-effective, and compliant with local regulations and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor layout, installation, and pull-out testing of driven or screw piles for solar racking and tracking systems.
- Direct reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring for foundations supporting BESS containers, inverters, and transformers.
- Conduct field inspections and witness soil compaction, concrete slump and cube tests, and pile alignment checks.
- Enforce company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental protocols across civil execution activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of site execution experience.
- At least 2 years of direct field execution on utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects.
