CID Data Agent supports guest-data compliance and front-office operations at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi.
The role is full-time, non-management, and not remote.
CID and front-office duties
- Check guests in and out in the CID system in accordance with local government requirements.
- Reconcile PMS and CID records, monitoring and correcting discrepancies.
- Handle CID messages and information and coordinate between the hotel and local authorities.
- Attend CID training, train and monitor colleagues, and update relevant front-office managers.
- Maintain CID and audit filing systems.
Guest service and room coordination
- Answer hotel calls promptly, welcome callers, respond to guest questions, anticipate needs, and resolve problems.
- Support front-office operations and ensure guests' immediate requirements are addressed.
- Keep butlers informed of room blocking, unblocking, reallocations, and room moves communicated by front-office agents.
- Locate arriving, in-house, and departed guests by name and room number.
- Create, modify, deliver, and delete messages.
Role knowledge
- Understand core front-office processes and hotel occupancy and availability.
- Know room types and attributes, including layout, size, connecting configurations, and views.
- Be knowledgeable about the Marriott Bonvoy Program and guest messaging functionality.
Preferred experience
- At least one year of hospitality industry experience is preferred.
