The CID Data Agent maintains guest data in the police system and assists Front Office operations at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi.
The agent is a primary contact for hotel telephone correspondence and provides prompt, welcoming guest service.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out in the CID system in accordance with local government requirements.
- Monitor and correct discrepancies between the PMS and CID system.
- Handle CID messages and information and liaise between the hotel and local authorities.
- Answer calls promptly, assist with guest questions and problems, and cater to immediate guest requirements.
- Attend CID training, train and monitor colleagues, and update relevant managers.
- Maintain structured files according to CID and audit procedures.
- Coordinate room blocking, unblocking, reallocations, and moves with Butlers as Front Office communicates changes.
- Locate guests by name and room number and use messaging functions to create, modify, deliver, and delete messages.
- Support Front Office operations and maintain awareness of guest names and requirements.
Preferred experience
- At least one year of hospitality industry experience is preferred.
Role knowledge
- Full understanding of core Front Office processes.
- Knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy, hotel occupancy and availability, and room types and attributes.
Workplace and schedule
- The role is based at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi and is not remote.
- The schedule is full time.
