The role includes cleaning, equipment operation, and transporting dishware or linens across the hotel.
Role duties and standards
- Prepare clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand-wash stations, linen washers, dryers, and other cleaning tools.
- Transport dishware or linens across the hotel.
- Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and help ensure a safe workplace.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
- Build positive working relationships across departments and support shared goals.
- Listen and respond appropriately to colleagues' concerns.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Physical requirements and qualifications
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.

- Full-time schedule.
