Lead growth marketing strategy for annuity and retirement products and the partner digital portfolio.
Own and scale digital customer acquisition, conversion, revenue, and end-to-end customer journeys.
Develop go-to-market playbooks for annuity and term products while improving funnel efficiency and market share.
Go-to-market and growth
- Own go-to-market strategy for launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives; build launch playbooks covering segmentation, targeting, messaging, channels, and measurement.
- Own the digital portfolio P&L and growth roadmap; drive qualified acquisition through SEO, PPC, social, and app-driven channels.
- Reduce acquisition costs through cross-sell and existing-customer optimization; improve feature adoption, engagement, retention, and lifecycle conversion.
- Own conversion, feature penetration, repeat usage, and related growth metrics; run automated email, in-app, and push nurture campaigns.
Insights, positioning, and partnerships
- Build voice-of-customer systems, find funnel friction, monitor competitors, and identify market opportunities.
- Define product positioning and messaging; use customer behavior and market insights to inform product recommendations and roadmaps.
- Coordinate product, marketing, technology, compliance, data, demand, and business stakeholders around priorities and success measures.
- Grow digital partnerships and D2C campaigns; develop partner value propositions and onboarding messaging, and report campaign ROI and KPIs.
- Equip fulfilment and sales teams with targeted training and customer engagement frameworks.
Education
- MBA from a Tier I/II+ institution.
