Experienced Civil Chargehand supervising daily construction activities on villa and high-rise building projects.
Ensures work is completed to project requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Site supervision
- Supervise concrete, blockwork, plastering, masonry, and finishing works.
- Allocate work and manage labour, materials, and tools effectively.
- Coordinate schedules and site requirements with the Foreman and Site Engineer.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and instructions; monitor productivity and workmanship quality.
- Ensure materials are handled and stored properly, minimize wastage, and maintain site housekeeping.
- Enforce site safety procedures and required PPE; report progress, manpower needs, and site issues to the Foreman.
- Support project targets and timely completion of work.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Civil Chargehand on villa and high-rise construction projects.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site activities.
- Able to supervise labourers and coordinate daily work assignments.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site instructions.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of construction site safety requirements.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 3,500 per month.
