Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced **Camp Boss** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our employee accommodation and ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained living environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise the daily operations of the labour camp.
· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities.
· Allocate rooms and maintain camp occupancy records.
· Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completion.
· Ensure camp rules and company policies are followed.
· Handle employee accommodation-related concerns and report issues to HR.
· Coordinate transportation and other camp-related requirements when required.
· Maintain camp inventory and basic records.
· Conduct regular inspections and report any health, safety, or maintenance issues.
· Support the HR and Administration team with employee accommodation matters.
Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years of UAE experience** as a Camp Boss, Camp Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Experience in the **construction or engineering industry** is preferred.
- Communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle employee concerns professionally.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
